Classic video game franchise coming to the big screen...
Castlevania is finally headed to the big screen with Paul W.S. Anderson set to direct.
Anderson's script is said to include many time periods but mostly takes place in 15th century Transylvania. The story will be focused on the Dracula legend, mining back to its genesis in the story of the Romanian prince Vlad the Impaler. The video game franchise under Konami has sold millions for various consoles and focuses on the battle between Dracula and the vampire-hunting Belmont family.
